Processing Time?

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Free Shipping Details?
  • Shipping Charges will be calculated during checkout depending on the destination and weight of the package.
  • Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹500 within Tamil Nadu.

  • For orders below ₹500, a shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied within Tamil Nadu.

  • For orders outside Tamil Nadu, free shipping is not available. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination.

Shipping Charge Calculation?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination.

  • For products weighing up to 999 grams the shipping charge will be the same.
  • Once the product weight exceeds 1 kg 1 grams, the shipping charges will be calculated based on the 2 kg rate.
  • For each additional 1 kg of product weight, the shipping cost will increase according to the next weight tier.
Order Tracking Details?

Lost or Damaged Packages?

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please take pictures and a video of the damaged product and send them to our WhatsApp number: 9094676665, along with your order ID. Without pictures or a video, we won’t be able to assist you. Once we receive the necessary details, we will investigate the issue and either resend the damaged product or issue a refund.

Address Changes?

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If you need to make changes to the address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped. We cannot make changes to the address once the order has been dispatched.

Non-Delivery Issues?

Don't Go and Collect the Parcel?

All parcels will be delivered to your home. If the courier person asks you to come and collect the parcel, please do not go to the courier office. Instead, reach out to us, and we will resolve the issue.

Courier Scam - Must Know This?

Beware of courier scams! Some courier agents may call you and claim that a parcel is waiting for you, but the sender has not paid the shipping fee. They may ask you to pay and share suspicious links through WhatsApp. Please do not click any links sent to you. If you click on these links, your mobile could be hacked, and your bank balance could be at risk.

If you receive any such calls, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Check Your Parcel Upon Delivery?

When you receive your parcel, please check it thoroughly to ensure it is not damaged or crushed. If you notice any issues, do not accept the parcel. Immediately inform us, and we will resend the product to you.
