How to Return an Item?

  2. Include your order id and reason for return.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided.
  4. Customers are responsible for returning the product via a courier service of their choice. We do not cover return shipping fees and will not arrange to collect the parcel from you.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

The video should clearly show the condition of the product at the time of unboxing.   4. Evaluation: Once we receive your unboxing video and photos, we will evaluate the claim. Based on our assessment, if the damage is verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Wrong Product Received: How to Request a Resolution?

If you receive an incorrect product, we’re here to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please follow these steps:

  3. Return Process: We will guide you through the return process. In most cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping if the error was on our part. Once we receive the returned product, we will send you the correct item.

How long do I have to report a complaint regarding the products?

Any complaint needs to be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

Refunds

  • Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
